The Moran family has been in business in Ballina since the 1930s. Kevin Moran established his quality meats business on Market Square, Ballina, in 1985 and quickly developed a reputation for service and meat preparation to new standards for the town. Since then the business has expanded into the current shop (in 2001) and includes a delicatessen which serves a range of quality cooked meats, ready made salads, lunches and catering platters to order.
In addition the shop stocks a range of sauces, condiments and dressings to accompany the meats. Kevin and his staff are always happy to give recipes and tips on preparation and cooking so you can serve quality meals prepared with quality ingredients.
